Diane
Blair has been helping organizations understand personalities and communicate more effectively for over 15 years. Her
workshops, keynotes and coaching sessions have been delivered from coast to coast and in Canada’s Arctic. Her work extends
into the US as a consultant to college career centres, and internationally as a resource to global organizations. Her personal
approach to working with people involves supporting, motivating and inspiring others to achieve personal and team goals.
Diane
has written articles for magazines and company newsletters focusing on effective communications, teambuilding and self-development.
She is the author of the Personality Spectrum Resource Guide, a source book for facilitators of temperament-based
learning programs.
Diane is the former Canadian director for True Colors Inc. In that role she travelled extensively
throughout Canada, creating and delivering programs for experienced and new facilitators of the True Colors model. During
that time she edited and rewrote many of the True Colors materials used by facilitators and participants.
She has
a well-developed understanding of education program models based on her work using learning styles and higher level thinking
skills. She brings a unique combination of skills to her clients and has become a successful facilitator and public speaker.
Diane
is the consulting training director for an award-winning national training and development company. Her clients include
small and large corporations, not-for-profit organizations, education institutions and trainers.
Diane’s

Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, Conflict Management and Leadership. She is a nationally
