Contact Diane

Diane Blair
 

Diane Blair has been helping organizations understand personalities and communicate more effectively for over 15 years. Her workshops, keynotes and coaching sessions have been delivered from coast to coast and in Canada’s Arctic. Her work extends into the US as a consultant to college career centres, and internationally as a resource to global organizations. Her personal approach to working with people involves supporting, motivating and inspiring others to achieve personal and team goals.

 

Diane has written articles for magazines and company newsletters focusing on effective communications, teambuilding and self-development. She is the author of the Personality Spectrum Resource Guide, a source book for facilitators of temperament-based learning programs.

 

Diane is the former Canadian director for True Colors Inc. In that role she travelled extensively throughout Canada, creating and delivering programs for experienced and new facilitators of the True Colors model. During that time she edited and rewrote many of the True Colors materials used by facilitators and participants. 

 

She has a well-developed understanding of education program models based on her work using learning styles and higher level thinking skills. She brings a unique combination of skills to her clients and has become a successful facilitator and public speaker.

 

Diane is the consulting training director for an award-winning national training and development company. Her clients include small and large corporations, not-for-profit organizations, education institutions and trainers.

 

Diane’s workshops and keynote topics include: Temperament Awareness, Teambuilding, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Management Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, Conflict Management and Leadership. She is a nationally sought-after speaker, writer, facilitator and trainer.

 
 
Curtis Blair, CSP
 

Curtis Blair has been helping organizations transform human resources into resourceful humans for over 20 years.

 

His diverse background and education in sales, human resources and career development have provided him unique opportunities to train, coach, develop, lead and mentor high performing professionals in all aspects related to their work.

 

Curtis began his career in the advertising and public relations field, where he led account teams that developed multi-media advertising campaigns for clients in business, retail and government. Later, in the telecommunications industry he built and led local, national and international sales teams. One of his most significant accomplishments was building and leading an international cross-functional sales and support account team (over 75 executives and managers from 10 different North American organizations) that uncovered, pursued and secured a 10 year, $2 billion worldwide products and business services contract.

 

He then turned his attention to career counselling and has helped many people become who they are.

 

Demonstrating a true commitment to quality processes, Curtis received a Quality Award from The Quality Council of Alberta. As one of only six winners of this prestigious award, Curtis sets the benchmark for commitment to quality, dedication to continuous improvement, and achievements in overall organizational performance.

 

Curtis holds a CSP (Certified Sales Professional, with distinction) designation. He is also author of Four Characters of Selling. He is the past chair and founding memeber of the Calgary Chapter, Canadian Society of Training and Development.
