Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The MBTI indicator takes inventory of innate preferences that determine patterns of behaviours in people. Simplified, it gives a framework for better understanding ourselves under normal and stressful situations. Understanding other co-worker types allows you to expect differences, cope with differing viewpoints and celebrate diversity on your team. Participants will work through a series of exercises of self discovery and further expand to learn about team dynamics and leadership development. This workshop can be further customized to the unique needs of your organization.

 

Temperament Styles

There are many programs that address a quicker and simpler version of personality styles and we’ll share the best of it all. This informative and experiential workshop will help you understand not only your co-workers but friends and family as well. This workshop is for anyone who wants to encourage greater understanding of self and others, build esteem and be able to quickly spot the needs that make other people tick.  This workshop is delivered in a variety of formats and is customizable for a variety of team, leadership and professional development applications.

 

 

Conflict Resolution

We’ll help you understand how you instinctively react to the stresses that cause conflict. You’ll understand the behaviours and communication styles that you use and those of others. Based on the popular program that delves into six challenges every organization faces. This workshop will help newly formed organizations and teams as well as those that have been working together for several years. OA! concentrates on Strategic Vision, Resource Management, Customer Service and Membership Potential  and provides a solid foundation to help organizations focus on achieving both vision and goals with success. No more sacrificing one for the other.  This workshop is also a great foundation for understanding rapid change and the various aspects of change that individuals and departments focus on in the change process.
