Type Indicator (MBTI)
The MBTI indicator takes inventory of innate preferences that determine patterns of behaviours
in people. Simplified, it gives a framework for better understanding ourselves under normal and stressful situations. Understanding
other co-worker types allows you to expect differences, cope with differing viewpoints and celebrate diversity on your team.
Participants will work through a series of exercises of self discovery and further expand to learn about team dynamics and
